Our holiday home "Rosinas Dreiländerblick" is picturesquely located in the heart of Vorarlberg, in the municipality of Zwischenwasser in the district of Batschuns.

From the hill, Batschuns offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the Rhine Valley, the striking Three Sisters and further to the Swiss Alps and Liechtenstein - hence the name "Dreiländerblick" (Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein).

The wooden house, which is over a hundred years old, was lovingly lived in by our "Aunt Rosina" and since 2020 we have been welcoming guests to this renovated, but original-charming, approximately 130 m² house - the house accommodates up to 8 people.

In winter, the accommodation is an ideal starting point for skiing, snow hiking and tobogganing. The Laterns/Gapfohl ski area can be reached in just 10 minutes and the bus stop is right on the doorstep. Larger ski areas such as Arlberg, Montafon and the Bregenzerwald are also easily accessible.

In summer and autumn, a wonderful natural area awaits you, which invites you to hike, cycle, swim and play golf, as well as numerous other leisure activities. The central location also offers unforgettable trips to the Bregenzerwald, Lake Constance or to nearby Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
